No prior stretch certification? No problem. We provide all the specialized training you need. What we cannot teach is drive, charisma, and a passion for growth—we are looking for people with top-tier sales skills who know how to build relationships, smash targets, and close deals.

Full-Time Only1. Flexologist
Full-TimeAs a full-time Flexologist, you are the heart of the studio and a key driver of our growth. You will guide clients through targeted, 1-on-1 assisted stretching while actively building your client base and converting first-time visitors into long-term members.
What You’ll Do
Perform personalized assisted stretching sessions; educate clients on mobility; actively upsell memberships, packages, and retail to smash weekly and monthly sales targets.
What We Look For
Strong background or high aptitude in sales and client retention. Backgrounds in sports science, personal training, biokinetics, or dance are a plus, but a magnetic personality and a hunter mentality for sales are essential.

2. Studio Manager & Lead Flexologist
Full-TimeThis is a high-octane, hybrid leadership role. You will run the studio like it’s your own business, leading from the front by performing stretch sessions while driving the location’s overall sales, team performance, and daily operations.
What You’ll Do
Manage, mentor, and motivate the studio team; oversee daily scheduling; drive studio revenue through aggressive local marketing, lead generation, and high-volume sales conversions; split your time between management and stretching clients.
What We Look For
Proven leadership experience combined with a stellar track record in high-performance sales (fitness, retail, or hospitality sectors preferred). You must be a self-starter who loves hitting targets and building a winning culture.
